West Australian Sencha Green Tea


Grown in the pristine South West, between the forest and the ocean. This crisp Japanese style tea is emerald green with a fresh, clean & grassy flavour. Depending on how you brew it, it can be more or less astringent with a sweet aftertaste and pronounced savoury note.

Sencha tea has a high content of antioxidants and polyphenols. These two components aid in neutralizing the harmful effects of free radicals. How to Brew Sencha
  1. Add sencha leaves to a teapot (one tsp per cup.)
  2. Add near-boiling water to each cup, and let cool down for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the water from cups into the teapot.
  4. Brew for 1-2 minutes and serve.
