Sweetened with rice malt syrup, this delicious sticky chai blend is free from artificial colours, flavours, preservatives or animal-products. Blended with the finest organic black tea, peppery ginger, cinnamon, cardamom, star anise, aniseed (for that licorice twang), turmeric, black peppercorns and salt. That’s it. Nothing but raw, natural goodness. Like other sticky chai blends, you shouldn’t need to sweeten this one. Just simmer in warm milk for 5 minutes or so.
Rice Malt Syrup, Cinnamon, Star Anise, Ginger, Black Tea, Cardamom, Turmeric, Aniseed, Peppercorn, Clove& Salt.

Add 1-2 heaped tablespoons to 1 cup of milk.
Simmer on a low heat for 5 minutes (don’t let it boil).
Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
